PUMP: Predictive Upcycling Maintenance Platform

Plegma Labs has been awarded cascading funding from the Kyklos 4.0 2nd Open Call in order to conduct the PUMP experiment alongside the PUMP consortium. The PUMP project will apply existing energy monitoring tools and advanced ML models, utilizing also the services and technologies of KYKLOS 4.0 project for production optimization and energy efficiency; PUMP focuses on Predictive maintenance and will harness the holistic approach of KYKLOS 4.0 to offer enhanced features through the collaborative platform. 

Plegma Labs will contribute by leveraging its expertise on data handling and energy monitoring services towards energy efficiency through energy data collection, data analytics, asset control, energy efficiency tips and energy management strategies, utilizing its already developed IoT tools, in order to enhance the efficiency, productivity and sustainable use of energy, eliminating electricity consumption waste, and lowering the costs.
