exPEDite – Enabling Positive Energy Districts through a Planning and Management Digital Twin
Plegma Labs is delighted to participate in the exPEDite project. exPEDite aims to create and deploy a novel Digital Twin (DT) for real-time monitoring, visualization, and management of district-level energy flows towards positive energy and climate neutrality in a cost-effective manner.
Plegma Labs will assume (i) the consolidation of the smart city sensor network, developing guidelines, (ii) the development of a Building Management System (BMS) integration component, and (iii) the development of prediction models for energy demand and energy generation from RES, and a Demand Response Tool for flexibility scheduling in districts / nodes, in order to maximize RES energy utilization in the smart grid.
